Strength and Conditioning Workshop

 

This workshop provides you with the knowledge and specific training techniques to enhance the ability to perform better and to avoid injuries. It focuses on the fundamentals of sport specific combination of strength, speed and endurance with an exploration of various equipment. All individuals who are interested in improving their athletic performance or anyone that has an interest in sport strength and conditioning.

Topics Covered

  • Introduction of Sports Strength & Conditioning
  • Basic Anatomy & Physiology
  • Sports Training Principles
  • Component of warm up and cool down
  • Resistance Training
  • Plyometric and Circuit training
  • Reconditioning after injury

Duration

Four (4) hours including 20-30 minutes break.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Attendance in:
